David Lelashvili is a Business Regulatory Environment Consultant with over 15 years of experience of working on public policy reforms. His areas of expertise include economic analysis, and designing legal, regulatory, policy and institutional reforms.
Through his extensive career, Mr. Lelashvili has accumulated experience of managing projects funded by international donor organizations such as the European Commission, UNDP, USAID, the World Bank and Chemonics International, and has advised the governments of Georgia, Tunisia, Rwanda, Albania, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine to improve economic policy and facilitate a business enabling environment.
Mr. Lelashvili holds Master’s degrees in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies (the Netherlands), and in Economics from the Humanitarian-Technical Institute of the Georgian Technical University (Georgia). In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Humanitarian-Technical Institute of the Georgian Technical University.
